3. Payment Policy

Guests are required to make payment as per the booking confirmation. Hotelsuryainn accepts online payments, UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash payments. Any pending dues must be cleared before check-out.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled check-in date. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and booking terms. Hotelsuryainn reserves the right to retain cancellation charges wherever applicable.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable.
